Within the customer support team at Eurofins Environment, we are 12 employees striving together for the device Testing for Life.

What you will do with us

As a member of our customer support group, you will primarily handle billing and credit matters, as well as inquiries regarding sample transport, packaging orders, basic advice regarding well water, electronic orders, etc. Your role is crucial to ensuring quality for our customers.

You will collaborate with other departments in the company in contact with customers, so that all customer interactions with the company result in customers perceiving Eurofins as their obvious business partner for laboratory services.

Who are you applying?

You should have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a scientific or economic focus. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you have previous experience in handling billing inquiries, we consider it a merit.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be a responsible person with good communication skills and have a structured working method. You enjoy a production-oriented environment, with high pace and tempo, and you are driven to work in a team and contribute to good collaboration and knowledge exchange. You should also have the ability to achieve results with high quality.
