Do you have experience in customer contact and service and enjoy combining service, structure, and problem-solving? Would you like to work in a team where collaboration is key in daily tasks? Then this could be the right assignment for you!

As a customer support representative, you play a central role in assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner. You handle everything from daily inquiries to more complex cases and work via phone, email, and the company's systems. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across different functions, creating good development opportunities.

Your tasks include:

  • Receiving and resolving customer issues from first contact to closure
  • Registering, updating, and ensuring the quality of customer information
  • Working with quotes, order administration, and price adjustments
  • Handling complaints, discrepancies, and delivery inquiries
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues requiring multiple competencies

The work is varied, and you will have the opportunity to grow as you become familiar with the operations and systems.

This is a temporary position and consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client in Lidköping. We hope you can start in December or as agreed. The assignment runs until March 2027, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00 and 16:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer contact and service-oriented roles
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish
  • Has good administrative skills and enjoys creating structure
  • Is computer literate and knowledgeable in the Office suite
  • Can work on-site in Lidköping

It is an advantage if you:

  • Speak and write fluently in English
  • Have logistics experience
