About the Position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 40% for our client in Åkersberga.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:30 AM - 11:00 PM
• 09:30 AM - 11:00 PM (On weekends)

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the onboarding process immediately.

About the Client

The client is a man in his 45s who has previously suffered a stroke and has some limited speech. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life to take care of his home and his cat. He has a great interest in books and culture.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Supporting the client in communicating with the environment (over time, you will learn what the client says, and you will need to act as a speech interpreter)

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We seek someone who wants to stay long-term and has the willingness to learn to communicate with the client. You should be tolerant of pets as the client has a cat. The shifts are long, which means you should be able to work these hours, but you will get more days off per month instead.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience with stroke
• Fluent in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Driver's license
• Car

Employment Rate: 40%

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
