We are looking for a meticulous and curious Technical Writer who wants to create service information that helps workshops quickly and accurately diagnose, calibrate, and repair vehicles. You will be a key person in developing diagnostic-related content that is clear, standardized, and seamlessly integrated into the company's internal tools.

You will work closely with specialists and engineers, utilize internal platforms, and contribute to developing user-friendly technical information that makes a real difference in the daily work of technicians worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop fault code descriptions
• Create step-by-step guides for diagnostics and calibration
• Produce component information and functional descriptions
• Formulate UI texts for diagnostic tools
• Create technical illustrations and visual support materials
• Work in internal tools such as OAS, Catalyst, production platforms, diagnostic platforms, and GitLab

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or experience in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, IT, or similar
• Strong technical skills and interest in vehicles
• Experience or knowledge of AI related to technical writing (preferred)
• UX or frontend skills (preferred)
• Meticulous, structured, and accustomed to working in complex technical environments
