What do we do at Mynt?

Mynt makes it easy for companies to manage their expenses. With our corporate cards and digital platform, companies can avoid the hassle of receipts, reports, and manual processes. Everything is gathered in one place!

We are rapidly growing in the Nordics and already have over 20,000 customers using Mynt every day. Our growth rate is over 100% per year, and with new funding behind us, we continue to expand both in Sweden and internationally.

We are a tech company with a strong focus on product and user experience. Here, teams have the space to test ideas and build smart solutions that truly make a difference. Since 2021, we have had permission from the Financial Supervisory Authority to operate as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment intermediary.

In recent years, we have also initiated several collaborations with companies such as Nordea, Fortnox, Accountor, Kleer, and Wint, and more exciting partnerships are on the way.

Being a part of Mynt means being involved in changing how companies handle money. We like pace, initiative, and people who want to create something together. Today, we are around 80 people and growing fast!

Why should you work at Mynt?

At Mynt, you get to be part of a fast-growing company where the team is both fun and high-performing. You work closely with your colleagues in a flexible work environment with an office centrally located in Stockholm. Here, you have the opportunity to influence your own development and responsibilities based on your interests and what you enjoy.

What does the role entail?

We are looking for developers who want to impact product and results in a rapidly growing fintech company. With us, you will work in a modern codebase with the latest technologies and help shape how products are developed.

You will be part of an ambitious team with senior developers who have experience from scale-ups, finance, and consulting. We work in agile sprints, closely together.

As a Java developer, you will build business logic and APIs for both app and web, in close collaboration with product owners. Testing, TDD, and automation are a natural part of everyday life, and we always work with clean code and smooth CI/CD flows.

You will also be involved in the architecture process and contribute to new products from the ground up. Here, you will have the chance to develop something new, using modern technologies such as Java, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Amazon AWS, Docker, and CircleCI.

At Mynt, we work closely together, take ideas seriously, and grow alongside the team. Here, you can make a real difference.

Theodor Fleming, developer at Mynt, shares why he enjoys working here:

"The team at Mynt is friendly and helpful, and everyone has a genuine interest in code and doing a good job. I learn a lot from them, and we have fun together. It's especially exciting to work closely with the customer and find the best solution for their needs."

What do you bring?

  • At least 3 years of experience in backend development with Java
  • Relevant higher education or university degree
  • Ability to write well-documented and clean code

We believe you bring a genuine interest in finding innovative solutions together with your team and enjoy collaboration. In this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. If you have previously worked in fintech, that’s a plus!

The position is filled continuously, so make sure to send in your application as soon as possible if you think this is something for you.
