The Security area is responsible for the governance of security and ensures that there are conditions for Försäkringskassan to perform its tasks from a normal state to serious peacetime crises, imminent war threats, and war. The area is to create conditions to prevent and limit damage to Försäkringskassan's personnel, operations, information, property, and premises.

We are looking for a business developer for the Security Management Support area.

Business Planning, Structures, and Management Support

The area’s tasks consist of creating conditions for well-functioning governance and management of the Security area. As a business developer, you are responsible for contributing to the transition and development of the area’s operations, coordinating and driving cross-functional assignments that contribute to Försäkringskassan's goals and vision. You provide advisory support to the area manager and the management team.

In addition to focusing on the area and department, you always carry the perspective of the entire authority, and the work is carried out in collaboration with colleagues within Försäkringskassan.

The position includes monitoring and being informed about current societal developments of significance to Försäkringskassan and analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, driving or participating in preparations and business planning. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has several years of experience in business planning, coordination, and follow-up
  • has very good knowledge of change and development processes
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you

  • have good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's organization and management processes
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have work experience in the security field, where you have worked with business development or security issues.

Other

A permanent position, full-time, with a start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. There is an opportunity for remote work if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Place of employment: Stockholm (Telefonplan).
