Unit's Mission

The staff within the Local Labor Market Operations area consists of a head of staff, operations coordinator, controller, and executive assistant, all dedicated to supporting our operational area. We are responsible for coordinating and following up on the Local Labor Market Operations planning, goals, and results, as well as internal governance and control. We are also responsible for supporting the operational area and the VO director regarding issues of security, continuity, and preparedness.

Job Description

As an operations coordinator with a focus on preparedness, you will play a central role in coordinating and developing the operational area's preparedness work. The job involves producing documentation, such as responses to consultations.

You thrive both working independently and together with others. You have the ability to handle different processes simultaneously, find balanced solutions, and act with good judgment. To succeed in the role, you are trustworthy, communicative, and collaborative. The position requires you to establish and maintain contacts, both internally within the agency and externally with various partners. You plan and prioritize your work to deliver results on time while being flexible when needs change and re-prioritizations need to be made.

The position places high demands on risk and security awareness, grounded in an understanding of regulations and knowledge of preparedness issues.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. The work location is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position

• Higher education or university degree relevant to the position or other post-secondary education that the employer assesses as equivalent
• At least two years of current experience in the field of preparedness and/or security
• Very good understanding of current regulations in the preparedness area
• Very good oral and written proficiency in Swedish with experience in producing high-quality documentation

Other Qualifications for the Position

• Current experience from public administration
• Experience working with risk and vulnerability analyses
• Experience in signal protection services and signal protection systems
• Experience working in a crisis management group or staff
• Current experience in the field of security
