As a receptionist, you welcome our customers both in reception, store, and over the phone. You become the face and voice of the animal hospital, which means you need to have a good understanding of customer interaction and service. Your tasks mainly consist of customer contact and sales in the store.

Who are we looking for?

You are a cheerful, positive, and solution-oriented person who has a strong commitment to your work, always putting the customer in focus. We meet pet owners in various situations, which means that you need to be empathetic and attentive to the customer's wishes and needs. The job also involves a lot of internal contacts where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and provide service to our veterinarians and nurses. Therefore, you need to have good teamwork skills, be flexible, and well-organized in your work. To succeed in the role, we believe it is essential that you have experience in reception work or customer service. It is highly meritorious if you have a veterinary assistant education.

You will primarily serve in our reception where your tasks include receiving scheduled and emergency visits, arrival registrations, handling insurance matters, and providing advice. Our store is adjacent to our reception, and part of your duties will include unpacking goods, selling pet food, and other store work.
