Department of Educational Support

The Department of Educational Support consists of about 20 people. We are responsible for admissions to undergraduate and graduate levels, processing scholarships and tuition fees, as well as issuing degrees for all levels of education. The department is also responsible for study and educational administration concerning all educational levels, as well as support and assistance in these areas to faculties, institutions, and programs. The preparation, processing, and analysis of statistical data within these areas are also part of the department's mission.

Job Description

Your main tasks will involve providing support and service to students and staff, encompassing work with study administration that varies depending on the workload throughout the year. Primarily, you will work with tuition fee processing, from registering paid tuition fees to contacting other authorities, as well as following up on tuition fees and scholarships. Processing study matters is also part of the tasks, such as course registration matters and assessing prerequisites for students in our courses and programs.

Desired Qualifications and Competencies

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree and experience in administrative work within government, municipalities, or regions. Experience in administrative work within the education sector is an advantage.

Your working style is structured, you have a good ability to prioritize tasks, you easily adapt to new systems, and you work in a process- and service-oriented manner. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is necessary for daily work.

You are self-driven and have a strong desire to learn new things. At the same time, you will be part of a group that works closely together, and you do not hesitate to help your colleagues when needed. We place great importance on personal suitability.
