We are looking for someone interested in working as a job consultant on behalf of the Employment Service.

You will work in a team consisting of an occupational therapist and several job consultants. The assignment 'Steps to Work' that we deliver to the Employment Service's clients aims to map, investigate, and support individuals in finding their place in the labor market. You will positively impact many people's development.

As a person, you have your own drive, are motivated by taking significant responsibility, and managing authority. We place great importance on personal suitability and that you share our values.

Your Background and Responsibilities

To apply, you must meet these two requirements:

1. At least two years of higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine.
2. At least one year of experience, at least part-time, in individual or group counseling/coaching of individuals with mental or physical disabilities in the last three years.

Responsibilities:

• Support participants in their process from their starting point to their desired position, where finding their place in the labor market is the important final goal.
• Perform administration related to the assignment
• Contribute to the further development of our operations
• Contribute to the inflow of participants
