As an HR partner, you will work together with the HR Manager and Payroll Administrator to support Achima's managers and employees both operationally through administration and follow-ups, as well as be an important part of Achima's strategic HR work. By building strong relationships and trust with managers and employees, you actively contribute to the development of our internal HR processes. Your approach is consultative and solution-oriented, and you will have close internal contact within the organization as well as with external parties. Your main tasks include:

  • Supporting managers in recruitment processes and salary setting
  • Administering job ads via Teamtailor and ensuring good optimization on social media to attract the right skills
  • Administering employment contracts and on- and offboarding in the personnel system Kontek HRM
  • Participating in the development and implementation of strategic HR processes
  • Supporting managers in labor law issues and rehabilitation processes
  • Contributing to the development of governing documents related to HR

About youWe see that you have an academic degree in the HR field or work experience that we consider equivalent. We believe that you have several years of work experience in HR and supporting management. You have experience in operational and strategic HR work and feel confident in your knowledge of laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR. You are also interested in actively contributing to building Achima's employer brand.
