The Position

The production consists of five manufacturing departments and takes place both automatically and manually. Many different products are produced daily, ranging from prototypes and customized products to low-volume and high-volume. With a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, we create an effective and flexible production.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented support to production management.
• Be responsible for analysis, follow-up, and reporting of production results and other key figures.
• In collaboration with the business, ensure high quality of production data and thus reliable product calculations.
• Analyze and follow up on production costs and variances.
• Initiate and drive process changes to improve analysis capabilities of production data.
• Support the business with budgeting and cost follow-up.
• Participate in the preparation of the production investment budget and investment calculations.
• Communicate with the Production Manager and relevant parties about production and its development within the company.

The tasks are varied, and it is important that you are interested in working closely with production. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and work closely with production leaders, production planners, and the Global Operations controller. You will report to the Production Manager and be involved in ensuring that production contributes to the company's visions, values, and goals according to Roxtec Core Values.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• relevant education in economics,
• knowledge of working in business systems, Excel, and analytical tools,
• previous experience in production-related work in manufacturing companies,
• good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written,
• strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly see connections,
• curiosity and a willingness to take on challenges.

You are a proactive and engaged controller motivated by contributing to the development and profitability of the business. You have the ability to adapt to different types of conditions and can move forward without relying on perfect structures and processes. Additionally, you are responsible, unpretentious, and communicative, and you can support the production organization in financial matters in a pedagogical manner.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in IFS or similar business systems.

The location is Karlskrona. Since one production department is in Ronneby, part of the working hours will also be allocated there.
