As a nurse in the evening and night shifts, you need to be confident, quick to learn, and flexible, while being able to make independent assessments and priorities, as well as collaborate with colleagues and care staff at various levels.

Job Responsibilities:
When you work as a licensed nurse on-call in Karlshamn municipality, you plan and carry out your work independently in agreement with your colleagues. You work from your task list for the shift and receive urgent cases via the on-call phone. You always focus on the patients' needs.

As a nurse in the evening and night organization, you work evenings and nights as well as every third weekend; the degree of employment is something we are very flexible with, allowing for plenty of free time alongside work.

You also have a supervisory role towards delegated care staff who also work nights.

Qualifications Required:
- Licensed nurse
- B driver's license for manual transmission
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious Qualifications:
- Experience from municipal operations and teamwork.
- Feel confident in your profession and be able to work independently.
- Be able to organize and structure while being flexible and engaged.
- Have good collaboration with colleagues and other cooperation points.
- Be proactive and care about quality and patient safety.
- Be comfortable with computers and technology.
- Good communication skills.
