We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who has the competence or is willing to learn to work with the instruments Assessment and Work Characteristics (AWC) and Assessment of Work Performance (AWP). You have experience in handling programs within the Office suite and good computer skills. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated by taking significant personal responsibility, and managing authority. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you share our values. Together with Karlskrona, we will also start operations in Ystad, Luleå, and Skellefteå, and in each location, we are now looking for an occupational therapist.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist for the initiation and further implementation of mapping, assessment of work ability in real environments, and adaptations in workplaces for our clients in Karlskrona. The target group for the assignment is job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need their work conditions assessed. The responsibilities include, among others:

Coordinate and carry out the assignment to assess work conditions in work-life similar tasks
Guide participants and map work conditions
Conduct observations and document in written reports
Plan and implement adaptations at work trial locations.
Maintain close contact with the Employment Agency's specialists
Perform administration related to the assignment
Contribute to the further development of our operations
Contribute to the inflow of participants
