The Rehabilitation Clinic is part of the Health and Medical Care Administration and operates at both locations of Blekinge Hospital, Karlskrona and Karlshamn.

The clinic organizes Blekinge Hospital's rehabilitation within inpatient and outpatient care with specialist, pain, and cancer rehabilitation. We work with rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation methodology based on the patient's needs and goals, in multimodal teams. We have approximately 200 employees from various professions working with the patient at the center.

About the Job

We are now looking for a physician for the Rehabilitation Clinic in Karlskrona, primarily focused on cancer rehabilitation. The degree of employment and form of employment can be discussed upon hiring. Perhaps there is an opportunity to work in another area of interest as well and allocate 2 to 3 days a week for cancer rehabilitation? Are you interested in being part of a multiprofessional team where your task is to contribute to team assessments, identify rehabilitation needs, and contribute to rehabilitation efforts together with the team? Do you want to work with patients who have undergone cancer treatment or have an incurable cancer diagnosis? Assess referrals and provide patients with the conditions to be rehabilitated and participate in planning for return to work, etc.? Ideally, you also have oncology competence. Then this is the right position for you. Physicians at the Rehabilitation Clinic do not work evenings or weekends, and a good working environment is important to us.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is valuable to us that you have a good demeanor and enjoy working in a team. We prefer that you are a secure and stable person with good collaboration skills and a structured working method. We expect flexibility and good communication skills.
