The Health and Care Administration consists of three areas: Special housing, home care, and health and medical care and authority unit. We are approximately 450 employees. Placement: Rehabilitation Unit - Sölvesborg Municipality

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work of the physiotherapist is focused on natural movement in everyday life. Close collaboration with occupational therapists regarding the individual. The goal is for the individual to be able to utilize their own abilities in daily life.

The job responsibilities include everyday rehabilitation through guidance of staff in rehabilitative efforts and approaches, in personal care and transfer situations. The work also involves close contact with relatives. Assessments, training, treatment, and activities will be based on your areas of expertise. Assessment of assistive devices and prescribing them is part of your professional role. We place great emphasis on collaboration with other professionals regarding the individual and their relatives.

The health and medical care organization actively works with continuous quality improvement, openness, and a desire to develop the operations.

The work also includes supervising and delegating to staff according to applicable laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed physiotherapist. Experience from similar operations is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Driving license B is required.
