We offer a challenging job with many personal interactions and varied workdays. Our focus is on good working environment and patient safety. We have a shared care queue and together with rehab colleagues, incoming care needs are handled and prioritized. The work is structured yet flexible. We operate on the principle of equal care regardless of housing form or geographical area, and work together on incoming cases. Cases are handled based on priority, competence, and availability.

Job Responsibilities
The assignment includes responsibility for:

- Municipal rehabilitation; assessments, prescriptions, trials based on the prescription process. The patient has a significant involvement in the goals of our interventions.

- Interprofessional collaboration based on the needs in the current patient case.

- Leading in your profession. We work a lot through the nursing staff that you lead, support, and motivate with your knowledge.
 

Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is required. In this role, you must have a B driver's license (manual transmission) as the work involves home visits around Karlshamn municipality. It is advantageous if you have experience in the profession and in municipal rehabilitation, as well as from other healthcare providers. Personal suitability is considered.

Information about the Position
- Permanent employment, full-time, covered by flextime agreement
- We are a unit currently divided into two different geographical office workplaces.
