ABOUT THE COMPANY

Tre D Mekaniska is a mechanical workshop primarily focused on laser cutting (2D, 3D, tube laser), bending, panel folding, welding, and robotic welding. We manufacture everything from simple sheet metal parts to complex assembled constructions mainly in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for customers from various industries, with the medical technology industry being a significant part. Tre D Mekaniska is a privately owned company founded in 2003 and has around 65 employees.

We need to expand our workforce with a robotic welder.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be part of a team responsible for welding and robotic welding at the company. The work involves operating and programming welding robots as well as manual welding of various components in black and stainless steel, making it varied. The tasks also include;

• Restoring welded surfaces by removing oxides and grinding
• Troubleshooting and adjusting welding programs
• Preventive maintenance
• Fetching and delivering materials from the warehouse with a forklift, as well as inspecting and packing finished parts
• Reporting work orders in our business system

YOUR BACKGROUND

The applicant should have a workshop technical education focused on welding and knowledge in robotic welding and programming of welding robots. You should also have basic knowledge in manual welding and the welding methods we use (MIG, MAG, and TIG) in both black and stainless steel, as well as knowledge of the standard SS-EN ISO.

It is important that you understand Swedish in speech and writing and have knowledge in measurement technology, reading drawings, and English.

INFORMATION

The positions are permanent employment with immediate start according to agreement.

Working hours are daytime, but two-shift work may be relevant.
