Recruitment Coordinator in Karlskrona

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a recruitment coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating internship placements and managing contacts with employers, both for internal and external internships. You will also receive and send orders, conduct quality follow-ups, and administer work and language training with contracted suppliers.

You will have contact with the Employment Service and independent actors, work process-oriented towards set goals, collaborate with relevant partners to ensure that participants receive the right interventions based on the department's needs, systematically document, administer, and follow up the work towards set goals, and participate in the development work around the unit's and department's development, processes, and routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should be structured, communicative, and have a good ability to create and maintain relationships. You should have experience in similar tasks and a strong desire to contribute to the development of our operations.
