About the position

Perido is looking for an IT technician for our client, a large authority focused on healthcare and public transport in the region. This position involves 32 hours a week, where the work is distributed so that you work 8 hours a day, four days a week. The position is located at the client's office in Karlskrona.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work as an IT technician within a large organization, where you will have a varied and important role. Your main responsibilities include handling incidents and service requests, as well as providing support both as a 1st line in the Service Desk and as a 2nd line IT technician.

You will staff the Service Desk through various channels, such as phone, email, and web, and perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment. Additionally, you will support conference technologies by providing conference support and be responsible for managing and operating the inventory of IT equipment.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary IT education or equivalent
• At least 6 months of work experience in the profession or equivalent
• Good knowledge of computers, peripheral equipment, operating systems, and networks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• You should be familiar with ticketing tools, and Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange

Scope and start date

Part-time 32h/week, consulting assignment until 2025-06-15. Immediate start.
