Are you a service-oriented IT Technician with a passion for problem-solving and technology? We are now looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Technician. We offer an exciting role in a dynamic and developing environment where you will have the opportunity to work with both Service Desk and onsite support.

About the role: As an IT Technician, you will work in a broad role within a large organization. You will handle incidents and service requests and function as first-line support in the Service Desk and second-line IT Technician support. Your tasks will include:

• Staffing the Service Desk via phone, email, and web.
• Installation and troubleshooting of computers and peripherals.
• Supporting conference technology with conference support.
• Managing and organizing the inventory of IT equipment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has post-secondary IT education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Has good knowledge of computers, operating systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Is familiar with working in ticketing systems and has knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
• Has basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
