What we will do together

AI and Machine Learning are becoming increasingly important in many of our projects. As an AI developer, you will contribute to and lead the region's work in the AI/ML field and divide your time among several activities. We believe your tasks may look like this:

• In the early phases of projects, such as pre-sales and feasibility studies, you contribute by identifying potential, business opportunities, and helping the client understand AI.
• You develop Proof-of-Concepts and solutions, from data management to ML training and deployment.
• In the development phase, you contribute hands-on and drive the work of integrating AI while supporting our developers and clients.
• In the final phase of projects, you assist with solutions and routines to ensure long-term management of models and data flows.

As the field is new to us in the region, you will be the first to take on the role locally, but you will be part of the company's AI group with more colleagues from different offices. We see several opportunities where you can also contribute locally by:

• Adding knowledge to our Business Intelligence team regarding AI/Data engineering.
• Gathering inspiration and knowledge from local networks, and then spreading it at our office in the form of workshops, lectures, and in projects.

About you

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• About 5 years of work experience in a similar role and familiarity with data management and analysis.
• A relevant academic education.
• Solid knowledge of techniques for Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and model optimization for efficient management.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
