Do you have a strong customer focus with a natural sense of service and attention to detail? We are looking for an administrator for our certification company, where you will play an important role in ensuring that our administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly.

About the role:

Kiwa Certification is a complete certification company that issues certifications in agriculture, food, and construction industries. We are currently looking for a driven administrator to join our team in Karlskrona within the area of Construction and Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for customer support together with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Processing, invoicing, and following up on payments.
• Ensuring and following up on certification cases so they proceed according to plan.
• Updating information in our systems and databases.
• Preparing annual reports and compiling necessary documentation.
• Writing quotes.

Your work location is Karlskrona. The position is full-time and requires you to work on-site, with some possibility for remote work. Travel with overnight stays may occur.

Do you have what it takes?

We believe the position suits someone who is self-driven, unpretentious, and enjoys working solution-oriented as the job alternates between a fast pace and varying tasks. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and appreciate working operationally with your team, as you will need to handle incoming cases yourself. To thrive in this role, you must be results-oriented, flexible, communicative, and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility. The work involves implementing processes, so we see it as advantageous if you like changes and have an interest in technology.

Requirements:

• Technical, administrative, or economic education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Good service mindset

It is a merit if you have experience in administrative work, preferably within the certification or similar industry.
