DevPort is looking for Senior Technical Project Managers

DevPort is now seeking Senior Technical Project Managers. You will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects, or programs. Often, you will be involved from the project start and lead the work from idea generation to delivery. You may also work with feasibility studies, analyses (flow analyses), efficiency improvements of operations, and investigations.

Your leadership is characterized by taking responsibility, creating structure, and achieving goals (everyone's contribution is equally important to reach the final goal), as well as the ability to be attentive and engage and motivate co-responsible members of your project group.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone with a university degree and 5-10 years of experience in project management of both small and large projects.
• You have experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2, PPS, or PROPS and have experience working with agile methods, as well as waterfall projects.
• You are accustomed to managing stakeholders and have good communication skills, able to maintain an active dialogue internally and/or with external actors/government agencies. You are proficient in both English and Swedish.
• It is an advantage if you have a project management certification according to PMI, IPMA, or equivalent.
