Network Solutions was founded in 2007 in Karlshamn, where our headquarters is located. We have projects all over Sweden, building infrastructure to meet future needs! Our main areas of work are fiber networks, electrical grids, and water and sewage, but we also construct various types of projects for municipalities and other companies, as well as developing our own machinery.

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone with several years of experience in fiber who wants to take on a broad and self-sufficient role as a fiber technician at Network Solutions, one of the larger players in the market.

As a fiber technician at Network Solutions, you will typically work from home. For this role, we are looking for someone who preferably lives near Sölvesborg, as much of the work is performed there during certain periods. The work in Sölvesborg is varied with travel to our other projects across Sweden, so you need to enjoy traveling for work.

You will often work independently with clients and sometimes together with other colleagues from Network Solutions on fiber technical installation, troubleshooting, and blowing work. The work is done in various environments, in manholes and cabinets, both indoors and outdoors.

You will report to the project manager for the project you are working on.

Your Profile

We are looking for a certified fiber technician with several years of experience in the specified tasks.

Planning and handling of materials and equipment, as well as experience in practical work with welding, splicing, and installation in cabinets, is part of the job. You should also be knowledgeable in OTDR measurements, final measurements, and troubleshooting. Careful documentation of the work you perform is a given for you applying for this position.

The work involves both Swedish and English, and you need to handle both in speech and writing. We also require a valid B driver's license.

Meritorious: - Experience in blowing cables - BE driver's license
