What we will do together

AI and Machine Learning are becoming increasingly important in many of our projects. As an AI developer, you will contribute to and lead the region's work in the AI/ML area and divide your time into several activities. We believe your tasks may look like this:

• In the early stages of projects, such as sales and pre-studies, you contribute to identifying potential, business opportunities, and help the customer understand AI.
• You develop Proof-of-Concepts and solutions, from data management to ML training and deployment.
• In the development phase, you contribute hands-on and drive the work of integrating AI while supporting our developers and customers.
• In the final phases of projects, you help with solutions and routines to ensure the long-term management of models and data flows.

As the area is new to us in the region, you will be the first in the role locally, but you will be part of the group's AI team with colleagues from different offices. We see several opportunities where you will also be able to contribute locally by:

• Providing knowledge to our Business Intelligence team about AI/Data engineering.
• Gaining inspiration and knowledge from local networks, to then spread it further at our office through workshops, lectures, and projects.

About you

To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have:

• Approximately 5 years of work experience in a similar role and are accustomed to working with data management and analysis.
• An academic education in a relevant field.
• Solid knowledge of techniques for Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and model optimization for efficient management.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

In the Southeast region, you will find us at our offices in Karlskrona and Karlshamn, where we currently have around 70 colleagues.
