About the role As an employee in Operations at Tellit, you will be responsible for handling incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. You will administer cases in our case management system and drive each case forward with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role also includes handling outgoing calls.

Your tasks include:

• Finding the right solutions for our customers and delivering first-class service.
• Ensuring that the customer is informed throughout the process.
• Handling cases of varying scope and complexity.

We offer you basic training to make you feel confident in our work methods and systems. You will be part of a team working together towards common goals such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

- You have completed higher education in a relevant field, e.g. economics, IT.

- You have documented experience in customer service and enjoy communicating, helping, and serving corporate customers.

- You are meticulous, flexible, and appreciate diverse tasks.

- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

- You have good IT skills and stay updated on new technology in the field of telephony and computers. You are interested in learning new things in the field.

- You enjoy development, contribute with ideas and commitment, and have a desire to find improvements in the business and work processes.
