Do you want to be part of an engaged team and provide excellent service to our tenants? We are looking for a temporary employee for our customer service from the end of February to September 2025. The position is 50% but will increase to 100% during the summer.

About the role

At our Marketing & Communication unit, we work together to create a positive experience for both tenants and colleagues. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company, and your tasks will vary. You will, among other things:

• Register complaints and customer cases in our property management system.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Receive customer visits.
• Distribute keys to contractors.
• Provide administrative support to the business.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school education and experience in similar tasks.
• Is structured, quick to learn new things, self-driven, and enjoys helping people.
• Master Swedish well in both spoken and written form.
