Technical Sales Representative for our southern region
Do you have knowledge of technical sales, love long-term customer relationships, and technical solutions? Then we believe that the role of a sales representative with us at Norvatek could be a good fit for you!
We are now looking for someone who is driven to build trust and good relationships both with customers and within the internal organization. In your role as a salesperson with us, you are our face to the outside world and you support our customers in developing the most reliable solutions.

The nearest Norvatek office in your district is Ronneby, from where you will work a few times a week depending on your place of residence and which part of the district you are covering. A suitable place of residence is within a two-hour travel distance from Ronneby.
The district extends from Jönköping and Skåne, Kronoberg, Blekinge, and Kalmar counties.
You will be part of a sales team of 8 people, of which one other person also works in the south.
You will report to the Sales Manager, Emil Staxäng.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Responsibility for sales, turnover, profitability, and follow-up for your region
- Responsibility for developing both existing and new customers within your region
- Participation in trade fairs and joint customer activities
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this position, it is very important to have a high level of self-drive and to enjoy working towards set goals. You find it easy to create positive contact with people around you - not least with new customers but also internally, and it is natural for you to take and own the initiative. We are looking for a team player with good structure and business sense.
We believe you have experience in a similar sales role, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge in water and sewage (VA/VVS), but it is not a requirement. Alternatively, you may have worked in VA/VVS and want to take the next step to become a salesperson. To succeed in this position, you need to have a technical background.
You have good computer skills and experience working with business systems. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
"During the day, I am out meeting our customers, who consist of people from the municipality's water department, water contractors, and water consultants. Part of the job is proactive, but since we work in a productive industry, there is a lot to do, and our customers also come to us for help in solving water issues.
My daily routine consists largely of being technical support for customers, so I wouldn't say it's a typical sales job. The work includes, for example, dimensioning pump stations and pressure boosting systems and providing quotes for inquiries and tenders.

Water and sewage are among the most important cycles that keep society and your daily life functioning. Other pump stations pump wastewater, or sewage as we say in everyday language, to treatment plants.

A large part of the work every day went to fetching fresh water or disposing of contaminated water.
