About the position:
You will work in the field, actively meeting individuals in their homes to understand their specific needs and expectations. You are responsible for the entire sales process, which includes scheduling meetings, conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and finalizing contract agreements. Your task is not only to sell products but also to create security and trust for each customer. By offering personal security advice and combining your expertise with our innovative technology, you help customers protect what matters most to them - their homes and families.
We are looking for someone who:
Thanks to our world-class introduction program, you do not need previous experience in sales or security. If you have the drive and willingness to learn, we will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. However, we believe that a key factor for your success in this role is having a strong customer focus and being driven by high goals. You value teamwork and understand the importance of working together. Our focus is always on becoming better than we were yesterday - both at the individual level and as a team. We are looking for someone who not only settles for doing a good job but always strives to go the extra mile to achieve success.
In addition, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a B driver's license (mandatory requirement)
- Can work Monday-Thursday 13-21 and Fridays 9-18
- Is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing, additional languages are a merit
- Is free from remarks in the criminal record and at UC
