We are looking for summer substitutes for our customer service!

In customer service and service trips, which is one of three units under the brand Blekingetrafiken, we are a team with varied tasks.

Everything from coordinating vehicles and orders within service trips; local traffic, special transportation and medical trips to offering our customers traffic information. We are now looking for summer substitute customer service employees, take the opportunity to gain valuable work experience by working with us this summer!

About the job

Our customer service works to create the best customer experience in the industry. Therefore, you are important in creating good relationships, a strong brand, and satisfied customers.

During a regular workday, you handle orders for service trips and direct vehicles within service trips, as well as work with traffic information aimed at our customers traveling by bus, train, and boat. In your role, it is included to be updated on current regulations, application instructions, and routines within service trips, for example, to be able to handle and document certificates for travelers.

We work in a call center environment in Karlskrona where we handle much of the service via phone and computer. The work consists largely of booking trips for people who need to travel by special transportation and medical trips. The travel planning applies to the entire Blekinge county, but trips may also occur across county borders.

In our customer service, you also answer questions about public transport in general such as tickets and prices, ordering timetables, travel tips, and much more. We also handle demand-responsive traffic and ordering of local traffic within Blekinge.

About you

There is a requirement that you can offer a high level of service and provide clear feedback to our customers. We assume that you are solution-oriented and a good communicator and that you are self-reliant.

To succeed in your mission, you are efficient in your way of working with handling customer contacts via phone, email, and customer case systems to continuously help customers with various questions. You are attentive as a person, which allows you to quickly identify the needs of customers. You stay ahead and can resolve situations that would otherwise have negatively affected the customer.

To become one of us at Blekingetrafiken, you need to have good teamwork skills with your colleagues. Since we are on a journey of change, it is important that you are curious, want to learn new things, and work on improvements. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as the ability to handle stress and precision.

Requirements:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Experience in customer service. Customer service professions where you have worked directly with customers through digital support and via telephony such as customer service representative, receptionist, and support technician. Alternatively, experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Good computer skills in basic operating system management, office programs, email and calendar management, Internet and use of systems such as CRM, booking systems, or deviation systems, related to the needs of the business.
• Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in customer service in a call center environment.
• Education in customer service and service
• Knowledge of telephony, social media, chat, and email.
• Good local knowledge in Blekinge county and our neighboring counties.
• Good IT skills.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

About the position

We are looking for 6 summer substitute customer service employees for the Customer Service and Service Trips Unit. Your immediate manager is Andreas Leijonbielke, who is the Operations Manager for the unit.

The position is a summer substitute during the period weeks 26-34.

Working hours according to schedule, including evenings and weekends, work at inconvenient hours. Solo work occurs.
