We are seeking a person who enjoys assisting others and can interact with them in a humble and professional manner.

As a customer service representative, you will work on delivering world-class support via phone and email. You will assist customers with technical questions regarding how our alarm should be programmed, troubleshooted, moved, or taken down. You will help customers with inquiries about contracts and invoices. All this by providing the best possible service to the customer.

Some calls may be in English - therefore, we prefer that you have a good understanding of the English language, both spoken and written. Your Swedish should also be fluent in both speech and writing. As we are a company that provides security solutions, you must have a clean criminal record.
