As a certification engineer, you will independently lead customer projects and handle technical approvals for products within the construction and energy business areas. You will also visit customers in the construction and energy sectors to ensure they comply with the regulations required to get their products approved according to Swedish or European legislation. Your customers range from retailers and general agents, but they are primarily manufacturers located in Sweden, the Nordic countries, and other parts of Europe. The products to be inspected include those in contact with drinking water and construction products such as facade systems, doors, and windows.

Other tasks included in the role are:

- Frequent customer contacts

- Develop professional relationships with customers, authorities, and other stakeholders

- Possibly conduct inspection visits through manufacturing audits

- Participate in technical consultation meetings within relevant product areas

- Handle cases

- Collaborate with Kiwa companies in other parts of Europe

- Contribute to the marketing of Kiwa's services

Who we are looking for

Do you have both a technical and a people interest? Do you also enjoy solving problems and diving into regulations? Perfect, then we are the workplace for you!

What we hope you have:

· An engineering degree in construction technology or another relevant higher education

· You have social skills and find it easy to communicate

· B driver's license

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry

Other languages are an advantage.

Experience in certification is a plus.
