About the role:

As a Project Manager at Berg Marin, you will have a central and strategic role in leading and coordinating projects from start to finish. You will ensure that all project deliveries are made on time and within budget by holding check-ins, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring that all involved parties have clear tasks and timelines. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to create an efficient workspace where everyone is informed and goal-oriented.

You will also be responsible for creating a structured work environment where all parties know what to do and when. This means holding regular check-ins, identifying obstacles in projects, and taking action to avoid delays and ensure that the project is delivered as planned.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience as a project manager and a technical background. You are skilled at coordinating workflows, holding check-ins, and ensuring that projects progress according to plan. You have a strong ability to create structure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure that everyone is engaged and informed about their tasks.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a project manager in the technical or marine industry.
• The ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A leadership style that inspires and motivates team members to perform at a high level.
• Experience in the marine industry is a plus.

Requirements:

• Technical background, preferably in mechanical or marine engineering, but this is not a requirement.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build good working relationships in a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
