Your Role

As a ship service employee at Saab, you will primarily work with service maintenance of all types of vessels.

Your tasks include service, maintenance of e.g. tanks, keels, exterior washing of all vessels through high-pressure washing, dock cleaning, as well as simpler mechanical work, etc.

The work involves using mobile work platforms and operating forklifts.

You will work in a team, so we see that you are a team player.

The job can be very physically demanding, which means you must have good physical fitness. You will receive on-site training.

Your Profile

We see that you are a flexible and cooperative person with the right attitude. You have a background and some experience in practical work, such as in cleaning and simpler mechanical tasks.

The working hours are daytime, shifts may occur.

With us, it is important that you as an employee are solution-oriented, meticulous, and driven by a desire to develop. With tough competition for space, it is important that you are flexible and can work just as well alone as in a group. The nature of the work means that you should be proficient in English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
