We are now looking for a Site Manager for operations and maintenance for our establishment in Bräkne-Hoby in Blekinge. Your mission as a site manager

As a site manager, you will work on various projects with a focus on operations and maintenance in Blekinge. Your primary task will be to be responsible for the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to execution and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of site manager does not include direct personnel responsibility; however, you play an important role for our skilled employees and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Additionally, you support the site manager in daily operations, such as customer contacts, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing. In short, it’s a fantastic role for you who can transform theory into practice and vice versa.

The position is full-time and you will be based in Bräkne-Hoby. The job includes both winter and summer preparedness. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.

Who are you?

To be considered for the position of site manager, we would like you to have:

  • A background characterized by an interest in working on roads. This interest may come from education or work experience in a responsible role within the industry.
  • A valid driver's license (B)
  • Very good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are business-minded, secure, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You are engaged in your work and have excellent collaboration skills, which positively contribute to the team. Your social competence allows you to easily make contacts and build long-lasting relationships, and with your customer focus, you ensure that every customer has the best possible experience. Initiative and flexibility are two of your strengths, enabling you to quickly adapt to changes and new challenges. You thrive in a varied workday and have the ability to quickly identify what needs to be prioritized.
