About the role

As a Coordinator in construction logistics, you will be a central part of the logistics chain on site. You will work closely with team leaders and the logistics team to ensure an efficient flow of incoming deliveries and resources. The role involves both administrative work and a certain practical effort to support the operations where needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and approve bookings in the Logiplan system.
• Ensure that there are available resources and optimize the flow for incoming deliveries within construction logistics.
• Prioritize bookings and manage the daily responsibility for logistics coordination.
• Participate in logistics meetings and contribute to smooth communication between different functions.
• Provide administrative support to team leaders, focusing on relieving and streamlining the workflow.

The goal of the role

To work together with team leaders and the logistics team to manage and coordinate construction logistics on site and contribute to the team working towards common goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in similar coordinating roles, preferably within construction logistics or similar project environments.
• Is solution-oriented, communicative, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks.
• Has good IT skills and finds it easy to adapt to new systems (previous experience with Logiplan is an advantage).
• Is structured and enjoys working in a team while also taking personal responsibility.

The position offers:

• Start: Immediately.
• Extent: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
• Duration: At least 1.5 years, with the possibility of extension throughout the project's duration.
• An exciting and varied role in a long-term project within construction logistics.

Location

Karlskrona, on the NKT project.
