We are now helping one of our clients in Blekinge to find their next excavator operator for assignments in southern Sweden.

Your tasks

You will work with all tasks related to cable extension, electricity, and fiber. You will be part of a team, so it is important that you are engaged, enjoy performing, and can easily collaborate with colleagues. The client has their office in Blekinge but also has assignments throughout southern Sweden, so you will need to work with allowances.

Your background/Your qualities

To succeed in this position, we believe you have previously worked as an excavator operator in cable laying and have a high school education in construction or another relevant field. You should be experienced in operating both tractor excavators, wheeled excavators, and tracked excavators. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and open to change. You are confident and used to working independently with clients while also being able to collaborate easily with others. A good ability to prioritize tasks based on needs and to meet deadlines is a given for you. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a drive and interest in developing within the company.

In addition, we will place great importance on your social skills. As you will be in different environments daily, it is essential that you can work in a patient and responsible manner with a sense of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Professional certificate.
• Driving license B and access to your own car.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Work on road 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 (previously level 1 and 2)
• EBR and ESA

Strong merits:

• Driving license BE
• Experience from the industry

Employment

This is a consulting assignment with Wikan Personal where you work for our client. After six months, it can lead to a permanent position for the right person. The scope is full-time (100%)
