Job Description

In the role of Project Manager for Energy, you will have overall responsibility for energy issues at Karlskronahem. It is an exciting and developing role where you will have the opportunity to influence how your workday looks. You will work both operationally and strategically with large and small projects to develop innovative and energy-efficient solutions for Karlskronahem's properties.

As a project manager, you are responsible for energy monitoring and reporting. You conduct energy analyses and energy mapping to identify efficiencies across the entire property portfolio. Your tasks include leading projects in energy optimization and sustainability, as well as coordinating energy issues in larger renovation and new construction projects.

You develop and implement energy-efficient solutions, for example, for heating, cooling systems, lighting, and ventilation in close collaboration with our property managers. You are the client and contact person for our contractors in the energy field, ensuring that projects comply with laws and regulations, such as building and energy requirements.

You collaborate broadly both internally and externally with a focus on energy and sustainability to develop Karlskronahem's property portfolio.

In your role as Project Manager for Energy, you report to the Property Manager.

To thrive in the role of project manager for energy, we see that you have a genuine interest in the energy sector within properties. You have several years of experience in project management within the energy field, preferably with a focus on properties and energy efficiency. We appreciate that you have a drive for development, creative ideas while being structured.

You have a natural and engaged way of seeking the best solutions in your daily work, and you are a self-leading and communicative person who enjoys initiating collaboration with other departments to enhance their energy and sustainability thinking. We see you as a positive force for increased interest in energy issues both internally and externally.

You enjoy a varied work environment as large parts of the work are carried out in our areas. To get there, a B driver's license is, of course, required. Another must is that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Language skills beyond Swedish and English are seen as a positive.

In addition to the above, we wish for the following skills and knowledge:

• Several years of experience in project management within the energy field, preferably with a focus on properties and energy efficiency.
• Computer skills and system competence

Full-time, probationary employment. Start immediately according to agreement.
