As a Team Leader for our Cashier/Pre-store, you will:

• Work with cashier services, customer service, and restocking.
• Ensure that the daily operations at the cashier function satisfactorily by leading and distributing work in the cashier line.
• Work with staffing planning in case of illness, etc.
• Contribute to ensuring that our customers leave the store with a world-class customer service experience.
• Actively work in the store, which requires you to be creative and inspired by meeting and developing other people.
• Together with your colleagues, contribute to a pleasant, efficient, and sales-oriented work environment.

You will report to the Sales Manager Cashier, who also has personnel responsibility for the department.

Our stores are open every day of the year, which means that working evenings and weekends is a natural part of store work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail and cashier services and pre-store work.
• Has previous experience in a role equivalent to Team Leader Cashier.
• Has previous experience in a leadership position.
• Has financial knowledge related to the work area.
• Has training in ATG and Svenska Spel.
• Is a team player and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
