About the Position

We are looking for a new employee in recruitment and personnel administration for our office in Karlskrona.

As the demand from our clients grows, we are now seeking additional recruiters for our Karlskrona office. You will become part of our wonderful team that together staffs the industry in Sweden. To fit this role, you need to be social and enjoy contacting other people, like varied tasks, and be able to manage your own work.

As a recruiter with us, you will work closely with our salespeople in the region to recruit the right personnel according to our clients' wishes. You will carry out the entire recruitment process from advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks to hiring and onboarding with the client. The work will also involve contacts with educational institutions and employment agencies.

You are the first point of contact for our employed consultants and assist with booking training, ordering work equipment, and other administrative tasks.

Your Profile

You enjoy interacting with other people.
You have good administrative skills.
You have a sense of order and like to maintain structure in your work.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
Experience in industrial work is an advantage.
You may have experience working with personnel or recruitment. Education in the field is an advantage.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
