We are looking for a special education teacher with a focus on Swedish, Swedish as a second language, and language development to join our fantastic school!

We are seeking someone who wants to be an important part of the school's student health work and collaborate with the school's teachers to support students (grades 4-9) in their learning and development. In the role of special education teacher focusing on Swedish, SvA, and language development, you will work to identify and provide support to students in need of help, while also contributing to a preventive and promoting student health.

Your mission

Collaborate with the school's teachers, EHT team, and school management regarding the school's students.

Work to meet students' needs at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

Work both with students in groups and individually, focusing on Swedish, SvA, and language development. This usually takes place in the classroom. It may involve skills training, support in planning and organizing schoolwork, or acting as a link between the student and the teacher.

A special education teacher qualification with a focus on language development.

Experience working as a special education teacher.

Conditions

  • Employment type: Permanent, holiday service. A probationary period applies.
  • Working percentage: 50% with the possibility of extension depending on subject qualifications.
  • Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
