We are looking for a service-oriented student who wants to work as a receptionist at the Swedish Space Corporation's lovely office in Solna. We need someone who is flexible to start as early as December, so send in your application today - we will review applications on an ongoing basis.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a part-time Receptionist at SSC/Swedish Space Corporation, you will play an important role in keeping the reception staffed. In this role, you will cover as needed, making it a flexible job to combine with your studies. This will mainly involve covering the reception during illness, temporary positions, and conferences/training sessions.
In this position, you will greet and assist visitors, replenish supplies and order office materials, book meetings, and help with goods reception, as well as ensure that the office is in good condition. Therefore, we see that you are a service-oriented person with a sense of order.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Replenishing supplies and ordering office materials.
- Providing meeting services, such as ordering food or materials for meetings.
- Greeting visitors and assisting them.
- Ensuring the office is in good condition, clearing dishes, replenishing mugs and coffee, etc. - simply contributing to office well-being!
- Handling goods reception, documentation, and receiving and sending items.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, both languages are used daily in writing and speech.
- Are currently studying at a college or university at least 50% and have at least 1 year left of your studies.
- Have experience working in a reception and in the service industry.
- Are comfortable with systems and very familiar with the Office suite.
- Are flexible and unpretentious, driven by providing good service!
It is a plus if you have
- Experience in meeting booking, administrative tasks, and office responsibility.
