Do you want to combine your studies with practical experience in recruitment? As a Recruiting Assistant at Bravura, you will have a flexible part-time role where you support our recruiters in their daily work. You will be an important part of the process – from CV screening and searching to phone interviews and reference checks. Job Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Assistant, your main task is to support recruiters in their daily work. What is prioritized can shift from day to day, sometimes even from hour to hour. Your tasks will include CV screening, searching, conducting phone interviews, and reference checks. During holiday periods, you may have the opportunity to cover entire recruitment processes and assignments. We work according to a competency-based recruitment methodology and you will receive a thorough introduction.

You will have significant responsibility and thus good opportunities to influence both your own and Bravura's development. The work is part-time, approximately 8-16 hours per week, and you will combine the position with full-time studies during the semesters.

Who are you?

• Ongoing full-time university education, with at least one year left until graduation
• You express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience in a similar role within recruitment and/or the industry is an advantage
