Turebergs Swim Club is located in Sollentuna, just outside Stockholm. We have approximately 1600 active members, over 1000 of whom are in our swimming school activities, with the remainder involved in other activities, from beginner to elite level. The club was founded in 1972 and we have been running swimming school activities since 2000.

The workplace is our own pool, TSK Arena, in Häggvik, Sollentuna.

As a swimming instructor, you will plan and lead lessons in several of our swimming school groups for children aged 5 and up. You will work actively in the water and in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will arrange diplomas, write level recommendations, and communicate with parents at the poolside. You will participate in the club's leadership meetings and provide input on how we can continuously develop together. The teaching takes place in both the teaching pool and the large pool. The activities primarily follow the guidelines of the Swedish Swimming Federation for swimming school activities.

This job is suitable for you who...

• is primarily a qualified swimming instructor with experience in the field, but also for those with a background as a swimmer/coach or experience in other work with children.
• has very good water skills and good swimming abilities.
• is positive, independent, and responsible.
• enjoys working in a team with others and with children in the water.

Employment form: Temporary, spring term 2026. With the possibility of extension.

Scope: Part-time, as agreed.

Working hours:

Saturday: shift 1: 08:45-12:20, shift 2: 13:00-16:45.

Sunday: shift 1: 08:45-12:20, shift 2: 13:00-16:45.

Salary: Starting salary for internally trained swimming instructors is 120 SEK/hour. Additional pay for education and experience.

Start: Immediately or as agreed.

Employment process: Initial short phone interview, followed by trial work in the swimming school on two occasions.
