Job Responsibilities

As a pedagogical development leader/pedagogista, your main task is to guide and support educators in their pedagogical work.

You will be involved in team reflections, act as a sounding board, support in making children’s learning visible, contribute to systematic quality work, and the development of learning environments. Through this, you contribute to creating a clear pedagogical foundation.

You will be part of the preschool unit's management team together with the principal and the assistant principal. You will be both operational and strategic.

The work may involve some administration.

Qualifications

You must be a qualified preschool teacher. You should also be trained as a pedagogista through the Reggio Emilia Institute. Some form of leadership training is preferred.
