Professional Galaxy is now looking for a .Net developer/SW architect for our client.

Assignment Description:

The consultant will be part of an agile software team responsible for the development and operation of one of the authority's central systems. The assignment also includes support work performed according to a rolling schedule for all applications, weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30, approximately one week per month throughout the year, including the summer period.

The consultant will also be responsible for managing and driving architectural issues within the team. The assignment therefore requires a good ability to quickly understand business-critical processes and working methods.

The consultant must be available for an interview.

Must-have requirements:

  • Competence level 4 (9-12 years).
  • At least 10 years of documented experience leading the development of technical solutions based on .NET, of which at least 6 years with .NET Core.
  • At least 7 years of documented experience as a Software Architect (System Architect) in agile scrum teams.
  • Documented experience working in a structured manner and documenting solution proposals and solutions, and can take responsibility for the quality of code and operational documentation.
  • Documented experience applying technical frameworks and standards as well as modeling in agile development methods, such as Scrum.
  • Documented experience in implementing automated tests.
  • At least 8 years of documented experience in design, development, and security within REST API.
  • Documented experience developing APIs that are managed and integrated into the Mulesoft platform according to the platform's standards.
  • Documented experience with Blazor WebAssembly within the last three (3) years.
  • At least 5 years of documented experience in application development against Active MQ, of which at least within the last three (3) years.
  • At least 8 years of documented experience with SQL Server and Oracle, of which at least within the last three (3) years.
  • At least 5 years of documented experience in continuous integration with OpenShift and ArgoCD, of which at least within the last three (3) years.
  • The consultant must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Experience with MVC, Serilog, REST/SOAP, Hangfire, Minimal APIs, JWT, MediatR, EF Core, and React.js
  • Technical competence in tools such as Kibana, Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, JMS Toolbox, Bitbucket, and Kubeseal.
  • Experience with testing frameworks xUnit and bUnit as well as automated Postman tests with Newman.
  • Experience from assignments within government agencies developing system support for core business processes.
  • Familiarity with the new unemployment insurance.

Location:

Solna. Remote work up to 50% of the working time calculated over a year can be accepted by agreement with the responsible manager.

Start-end + option:

2026-01-01 - 2026-12-31 + option for 1 year
