Job Description:
At Entergate AB's customer service team, you play a crucial role in simplifying, improving, and changing our customers' everyday lives. We invest in continuous development for you as an employee and strive to deliver exceptional service every day.
As a Customer Service Agent at Entergate, you become an important link between us and our customers. Your task is to ensure that each customer receives a professional and friendly response via phone, email, and especially chat, together with your team. You help guide customers through our systems, solve problems related to our services, and are also involved in testing new features before launches. Additionally, you will play an important role in creating instructional videos and updating manual sections, as well as holding short webinars to inform our customers about new features.
As a Customer Service Agent, you function both as the customer's voice within the company and as Entergate's face to the outside world. We are looking for someone who considers excellent service to be a given. You have a strong work ethic, are driven, and continuously seek new challenges. You are solution-oriented, creative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Quality focus and flexibility are key words for you. You should enjoy working in a team where everyone takes responsibility for their tasks and supports each other. Working with chat and phone as your primary tools should feel natural, and you should also be comfortable with English.
Requirements for the position:
We are looking for someone who has a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and who is responsible and has a high level of service. As a person, you are meticulous and stress-resistant. We also see that you have a drive to develop in your role, both individually and together with your colleagues. As a person, you are service-oriented, open, and always provide a pleasant and professional response. You have high social competence and good computer skills. Administrative ability, flexibility, and service awareness are qualities we value.
