Field Sales Representative at Prevex in Halmstad

Prevex is today an obvious and leading partner for professional craftsmen in the southern, western, and central regions. With a well-renowned brand, strong customer relationships, and a comprehensive offering for contractors in construction and installation, we are now continuing our expansion in Halland.

Therefore, we are looking for a driven and business-oriented field sales representative responsible for Halmstad and the surrounding area.

With a high customer presence among installers and professional craftsmen, and with a focus on delivering the most sustainable and relevant solutions on the market, we are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of one of the industry's strongest sales teams.

About the Role – Responsibilities & Job Description

In the role of field sales representative in Halmstad, you will represent Prevex in the market every day. This means that you:

  • Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and new customer acquisition to appointment booking, customer plans, contracts, and follow-up.
  • Strengthen and develop our existing customer relationships in Halmstad and Halland.
  • Create profitable collaborations with new contractors in the construction and installation industry, from local builders to larger players.
  • Work consultatively with the customer's needs and match them with Prevex's strong offerings in workwear, machinery, fastening, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Act as Prevex's ambassador in the market and drive collaborations in a structured, businesslike, and long-term manner.

You will be based at the Halmstad branch, and your workplace will be out with the customers – where you make the biggest difference. You will report to the Regional Manager South.

About You – Experience & Skills

We are looking for someone who understands modern field sales and creates real value for your customers. You are confident in meeting professional craftsmen and know how to build relationships over time.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, installation, or industry.
  • Good product knowledge within our offering or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • A strong network in the region – or the ability to build one quickly.
  • Experience working in the field and managing your daily activities independently.
  • A high activity level, proactivity, and a structured approach to work.
  • A business-driven and bold approach that allows you to take new initiatives.
  • The ability to create engagement – customers enjoy collaborating with you.
  • A valid driver's license (required).

About You in Brief:

  • Technical understanding of how the products are used in the customer's daily life.
