📈 About the role:

You will start your journey as a security salesperson and learn the basics of our offerings, our customers, and our sales methodology. With support from leaders and colleagues, you will develop step by step – with the goal of stepping up to Team Leader.

When you are ready, you will take on greater responsibility where you:

Work with your own sales in the field – and lead the way through your performance.
Coach, motivate, and support your team towards common goals.
Contribute to a strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment.

This is a perfect role for you who have a drive for sales – but also a desire to develop others.

✅ We are looking for you who:

Have experience in sales – preferably field or face-to-face.
Are social, responsible, and motivated by goals.
Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others.
Have a B driver's license and are free from remarks in the criminal record and UC.
Can work Monday–Thursday 1 PM–9 PM and Friday 10 AM–6 PM.

Previous leadership experience is a merit – but not a requirement. We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to develop.
